Brousko Restaurant in Schaumburg is proud to bring authentic Greek cuisine to a whole new level. Having undergone a recent renovation, their stylish and contemporary restaurant now has a much brighter atmosphere, ambiance and resembles the style of the Greek islands we all know and love.

The menu is complete with traditional updated Greek dishes, exactly everything you would expect. And then a little bit more. We have implemented items suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or patrons with gluten sensitivities on our menu because we care about you.

The restaurant proudly presents "Athenian Nights" featuring great live entertainment straight from Greece. You should go out to experience the great vocals and Kefi, the Greek word for conviviality and enjoy your late evenings with them. The atmosphere is family and friends oriented and happy.
