Paige Bradley created one of the most striking sculptures in recent times. Her masterpiece, entitled Expansion, is a beautiful woman seeking inner piece but fractured and bleeding with light. “From the moment we are born, the world tends to have a container already built for us to fit inside: a social security number, a gender, a race, a profession,” says Bradley.

Aaron Curry (represented by Almine Rech Gallery) contributed "Daft Dank Space" (2013), which does exactly that. A free-standing structure, colored inside and out in neon zebra-skinned patterns and paint swipes, the piece and its bright busyness invite you to step inside.
WANGHEGI MUTU's Second Born" (2013) crafts scene and character blended from 24-carat gold, collagraph, relief, digital printing, collage and hand-coloring.
