Being a yacht lover and working in  a similar business field, last week I had the opportunity to explore 6 vessels of 8-strong fleet of Mega Yachts & Motor Sailers.
Most of the Variety Cruises ships reunited in Athens before deploying to exotic destinations, and I was delighted to enjoy each and every one of them, while also enjoying the famous Variety Cruises hospitality.

While I was on a road trip in Crete last May, I had the opportunity to enjoy the services of the all inclusive Vita Arina Sand Hotel in Heraklion.
I was part of  a big team of hustling and bustling bloggers, tour operators and business people so enjoying a self catering hotel was not an option. And to be honest, I really enjoyed being pampered and spoiled so I decided to go there again..

Αποκτήστε βραζιλιάνικους  γλουτούς!!

Οι γλουτοί είναι μια από τις μεγαλύτερες μυϊκές ομάδες του σώματός μας και από τις πιο συνηθισμένες λιποαποθήκες των γυναικών με αποτέλεσμα τα οπίσθια να βαραίνουν και να  πέφτουν. Ακολουθήστε το παρακάτω πρόγραμμα για καλοσχηματισμένα πόδια και σφιχτούς γλουτούς.

Άσκηση 1: καθίσματα-squat

Στάσου με τα πόδια ανοιχτά στο φάρδος των ώμων, κάνε βαθύ κάθισμα ώστε τα ισχία να έρθουν στο ίδιο ύψος με τα γόνατα. Προσέχεις ώστε τα γόνατά σου να μην προεξέχουν από τις μύτες των ποδιών σου. Πιέζεις με φτέρνα και επανέρχεσαι στην αρχική σου θέση.  

Κάνε 3 σετ επί 12 με 15 επαναλήψεις.

Άσκηση 2: Προβολές

Φέρε το ένα πόδι μπροστά ώστε το άνοιγμά του να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερο από ένα βήμα. Τοποθετείς το πίσω πόδι στις μύτες. Λυγίζεις το  γόνατο στο μπροστινό πόδι και κατεβάζεις  ολόκληρο το σώμα κατακόρυφα έτσι ώστε ο μηρός του μπροστινού ποδιού να είναι σχεδόν παράλληλος με το έδαφος. Προσέχεις πάλι το γόνατό σου να μην προεξέχει από τη μύτη του μπροστινού ποδιού σου. Πιέζεις με φτέρνα και επανέρχεσαι στην αρχική σου θέση.

Κάνε 3 σετ επί 8 με 12 επαναλήψεις.

Άσκηση 3: Γέφυρα γλουτών

Ξάπλωσε ανάσκελα με την πλάτη σου να ακουμπάει στο έδαφος και τα πόδια λυγισμένα με γωνία περίπου ενενήντα μοιρών να πατάνε και αυτά στο έδαφος. Ανασήκωσε τους γοφούς σου και επέστρεψε στην αρχική σου θέση.

Κάνε 3 σετ επί 12 με 15 επαναλήψεις.

Άσκηση 4: Γέφυρα γλουτών με ένα πόδι

Ξάπλωσε ανάσκελα με την πλάτη σου να ακουμπάει στο έδαφος και το ένα πόδι σου λυγισμένο να πατάει στο έδαφος και το άλλο τεντωμένο σε κατακόρυφη θέση. Ανασήκωσε τη λεκάνη σου πιέζοντας με το πόδι στήριξης και επέστρεψε στην αρχική σου θέση.

Κάνε 3 σετ επί 12 με 15 επαναλήψεις.

Άσκηση 5: Kickback γλουτών

Πάρε θέση τραπέζι, τοποθέτησε δηλαδή τα χέρια σου κάτω από τους ώμους κρατώντας σε ευθεία την σπονδυλική σου στήλη. Ανέβασε το πόδι  σου ώστε να σχηματίζει γωνία, χαλάρωσε το πέλμα σου πιέζοντας προς τα πάνω και σφίγγοντας το γλουτό. Επανέρχεσαι αργά στην αρχική σου θέση.

Κάνε 3 σετ επί 12 με 15 επαναλήψεις

Προσοχή:

• Τα σετ και οι επαναλήψεις μπορούν να αυξηθούν ή να μειωθούν  ανάλογα με το επίπεδο που βρίσκεστε (προχωρημένοι- αρχάριοι ).
• Εκπνοή στο δύσκολο σημείο της άσκησης, εισπνοή στην επαναφορά.

Really, I am not the party animal type anymore, I prefer clean and classy restaurant bars with an edge that have great music and service. I could go on and on praising this shop and it's quality but I am so in love with it, that I choose to go blunt.

Στην Ναύπακτο, υπάρχουν αρκετά καταστήματα στα οποία μπορεί κανείς να αγοράσει επώνυμα και υπέροχα ρούχα. Θα μπορούσα να γράψω καθαρά αντικειμενικά και να διαφημίσω άλλο ένα μαγαζί αλλά δεν θα το κάνω. Θα γράψω με ενθουσιασμό και με πολύ αγάπη γιατί το Nettare το αξίζει. Είναι μια μπουτίκ τόσο όμορφη, τόσο περιποιημένη  με εκλεκτά ρούχα και αξεσουάρ.

Our Travel Massive Road Trip took place from May 07 till May 14 2016 and we had the opportunity to sightsee, showcase, collaborate and interact with many different travel and tourism sectors throughout the whole island. The municipality of each prefecture helped us as well, without them some excursions would be impossible. We kindly thank them for their generosity.

The  samplings are great and they usually have a good deal for a bottle purchase with the tasting.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being pompous or pushy.  The view is just so gorgeous.

The very beautiful Botanical park of Crete was our next awesome stop for exploring. Thousands of fruit trees, herbs, spices, medicinal and ornamental plants were waiting for us. Mr. Marinakis was waiting for us, and patiently catered to all our questions, thoughts, needs and hunger.. We enjoyed the authentic Cretan cuisine at it's finest.

I really was amazed by the beauty of the Manousakis Winery and I consider it the perfect setting for a wine tasting and relaxing with friends. The friendly staff is there to guide you, and a quirky fantastic dog offers tons of kisses..  Struck by the rough yet mesmerizing view of Omalos Mountain, and the Samaria Gorge, I highly recommend it to everyone. 

The Cheese Factory that belongs to the Papagiannakis Bros in Pervolakia made my day in personal, since I am a sucker for cheese, 

but the highlight of the whole trip was the welcoming  at Rebecca's parents farm house the very first day. They Treated us  meze and raki and they gave us a whole lot of love to remember! 

Next day next trip Rethymno Conquered..
