BEDTIME STORIES Ariadne Is this Love?


Is this Love? 
They never talked about this again. It was as if they had agreed to allow themselves some time to realize what had happened and to figure out where this was going. Time went by fast enough as they were talking and having fun. They were both relaxed. The warmth from the fireplace calmed both of them down and made her feel sleepy. A while later she ordered a chocolate soufflé and a glass of Bailey’s, while George continued with another glass of wine.

COFFEE FLAVORED CHOCOLATE RISOTTO 











Ingredients
• 450gr milk
• 15gr brown sugar
• 125gr risotto rice
• 4 tbsp Kahlua (or amaretto  or any coffee liqueur)
• 150g dark chocolate coarsely cut (approximately 60%)
•  orange zest
• milk cream for serving

Directions
In a saucepan put the milk with the sugar to boil .
Add the rice , stirring frequently and lower the heat.
Allow to boil for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and is creamy. If you it's not  ready, carefully add some more milk and   let it boil for a few more  minutes. Stir in the kalhua  and half of the  chocolate and continue stirring until chocolate is melted .
Pour the rest of the chocolate in and continue to stir a bit more.
Remove from the fire . Divide the risotto with a ladle spoon into small bowls or cups of coffee , pour cream , sprinkle with orange zest and serve immediately .

ΡΙΖΟΤΟ ΣΟΚΟΛΑΤΑΣ ΜΕ ΑΡΩΜΑ ΚΑΦΕ 

Υλικά
• 450γρ γάλα
• 15γρ ζάχαρη καστανή
• 125γρ ρύζι για ριζότο
• 4 κ.σ ποτό Καλούα ή Αμαρέτο ή κάποιο λικέρ καφέ
• 150γρ σοκολάτα κουβερτούρα χοντροκομμένη 60% περίπου
• 1 πορτοκάλι το ξύσμα του
• Κρέμα γάλακτος για το σερβίρισμα



Οδηγίες παρασκευής
Σε μια κατσαρόλα βάζετε το γάλα μαζί με την ζάχαρη να βράσει.
Ρίχνετε το ρύζι ανακατεύοντας συχνά και χαμηλώστε την φωτιά. Αφήστε να βράσει για 15 με 20 λεπτά περίπου ώσπου να μαλακώσει το ρύζι και να είναι κρεμώδες. Αν δεν είναι έτοιμο μπορείτε να ρίξετε προσεχτικά πάντα λίγο γάλα ακόμη και να το αφήσετε να βράσει για μερικά λεπτά.

Προσθέτετε το ποτό και την μισή σοκολάτα και ανακατεύετε μέχρι να λιώσει η σοκολάτα.
Ρίχνετε και την υπόλοιπη σοκολάτα συνεχίζετε το ανακάτεμα και αποσύρετε από την φωτιά. Μοιράζετε το ριζότο με μια κουτάλα της σούπας σε μικρά μπολ ή κούπες του καφέ , ρίχνετε
